Elmwood Park High School offers a continuum of special education services to meet the varying needs of our students.
The services a student receives are based on his or her individualized education plan (IEP). They range from support in the general education setting to instructional special education classroom environments.
Students requiring support beyond 12th grade may take part in our Transition Program.
Special education services at EPHS are overseen by Ms. Mina Caputo, who is District 401's coordinator for special education in grades 6-12.
If you have questions or concerns about EPHS special education, please contact Ms. Caputo by phone at 708-583-5851 or by email at this address.
