I get to witness students discover their voices through creativity. Art gives them a space to take risks and build confidence in who they are. Watching a student go from “I can’t do this” to proudly presenting their work is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I've never felt more supported to grow as a leader.

I learn as much as I teach. I learn from my students, from the community, and most importantly, from my fellow teachers. Education is a challenging profession; every day I see my colleagues rise to that challenge.
